At CitationLaws.com, we offer valuable legal content and digital access services through a subscription-based model. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to subscription purchases, digital product downloads, and cancellations.
- GENERAL POLICY
All subscription purchases made on CitationLaws.com are for digital content (including judgment archives, legal articles, PDFs, and premium updates). As per standard industry norms and digital commerce laws, including Section 17 of the Indian Contract Act and guidelines under the IT Act, 2000:
All sales of digital content are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
- REFUND ELIGIBILITY
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

📌 Note: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. After this period, all charges are deemed final.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
(a) Subscriptions (Monthly / Yearly Plans)
Users can cancel their active subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not refund the current cycle (month/year).
Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
(b) Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled.
Users will receive email notifications prior to renewal (as per WooCommerce/Payment settings).

Digital judgments, case summaries, and PDFs once downloaded are non-returnable and non-refundable.
